Every year, Onet Logistics & Production is committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to develop their career plans while training them in our professions at the heart of industrial and logistics operations.

We are recruiting interns to work in operational, managerial, and support roles, working closely with those on the ground.

Your future responsibilities (depending on your profile):
Depending on your training, interests, and opportunities, you will be involved in tasks such as:

Quality – Safety – Environment (QSE)
Participation in the implementation and monitoring of QSE initiatives
Raising awareness among field teams
Conducting audits, gap analyses, and action plans
Monitoring indicators and continuous improvement

Continuous improvement / Project management
Leading or contributing to process optimization projects
Operational performance analysis
Deployment of continuous improvement tools and methods
Change management support in the field

Local management / Operations
Support for site managers and team leaders
Monitoring of operational activity
Participation in work organization and skills development for teams
Leadership of field teams
Human Resources
Participation in local HR activities (recruitment, onboarding, skills monitoring)
Support for schedule and workforce management
Contribution to HR projects and internal communication

Communication
Participation in internal and external communication
Creation of communication materials
Promotion of projects, professions, and initiatives in the field
Contribution to employer branding

Your assets

Are you a student in your second to fifth year of higher education, at a college or university, studying logistics, supply chain management, QSE, HR, communication, management, engineering, continuous improvement, or similar
, and looking for an internship?

You enjoy operational environments.
You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work in a team.

Internships available depending on opportunities and areas of activity
Duration to be determined depending on the position
