Working within the Multi-Technical Department, the Multi-Technical Maintenance Technician carries out maintenance tasks (HVAC, electricity, plumbing) and minor works on our customer sites.

Your main tasks:

Monitors, adjusts and checks technical equipment on a daily basis

Carries out preventive (via CMMS) and corrective maintenance on installations under his/her responsibility (air conditioning, ventilation, heating, refrigeration equipment, electricity, plumbing, etc.).)

Locates and diagnoses faults or malfunctions - Restores service

Restores or replaces parts, components, equipment

Ensures that installations are shut down and put back into service

Manages work carried out by specialized subcontractors

Checks operation after work has been carried out

Distinguishes between contractual and non-contractual commitments.contract (compliance with contractual commitments)

Complies with various (safety) standards and internal procedures

Complies with risk analyses for each maintenance operation

Identifies and measures risks in different working environments, and uses the PPE required for safety

Manages inventory and orders from suppliers

Works during working hours and on call

Lit, locates and exploits plans (tracing simple and complex paths, laying out networks)

Drills light walls, taking into account reservations

Installs light network elements (fan coil units, radiators, etc.).)

Identifies fluid circuits on installed networks

Proposes any suggestions likely to improve working conditions and equipment operation and performance.

Your assets

Profile required:

-You are a Bac Pro or BTS student

-You have a valid driving licence (some travel required)

You are a self-starter with a sound knowledge of plumbing and electricity.

-Dynamic, versatile and rigorous, you are proactive and have excellent team spirit as well as good interpersonal skills.

-Your sense of service and organization will be essential assets for success in this position.
