Working within the Multi-Technical Department, the Multi-Technical Maintenance Technician carries out maintenance tasks (HVAC, electricity, plumbing) and minor works on our customer sites.

Your main tasks:

- Monitor, adjust and check technical equipment on a daily basis

- Ensures preventive (via CMMS) and corrective maintenance of installations under its responsibility (air conditioning, ventilation, heating, refrigeration equipment, electricity, plumbing, etc.).

- Locates and diagnoses faults or malfunctions - Restarts service

- Restores or replaces parts, components and equipment

- Shut down and restart installations

- Manages the work of specialized subcontractors

- Check operation after intervention

- Distinguishes between contractual and non-contractual obligations (compliance with contractual commitments)

- Complies with various standards (safety) and internal procedures

- Respects risk analyses for each maintenance operation

- Identifies and measures risks in different work environments and uses the PPE necessary for safety

- Manages inventory and orders from suppliers

- Operates during working hours and on call

- Reads, locates and uses plans (tracing simple and complex paths, laying out networks)

- Drilling of light walls with resumption of reservations

- Installs light network elements (fan coil units, radiators, etc.)

- Locates fluid circuits on installed networks

- Propose any suggestions likely to improve working conditions and the operation and performance of equipment

Your assets

Profile required:

-You have a valid driving licence (some travel required)

You are a self-starter with a sound knowledge of air conditioning and electricity.

-Dynamic, versatile and rigorous, you are proactive and have excellent team spirit as well as good interpersonal skills.
