Your mission

At the Onet Technologies branch in Cadarache, and under the supervision of the business unit managers, you will join our teams working on the CEA’s nuclear facilities in Cadarache.

 

We are looking for a Radiation Protection and Nuclear Measurement Technician with a three-year college degree (Bac+3) and a specialization in radiation protection, who is interested in and motivated by work in the nuclear sector.

 

You will participate in nuclear measurement supervision assignments as well as in method-related activities, including drafting and updating operational documents.

 

Your missions will be as follows:

  • Supervision of Nuclear Measurements: Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and supervision of radiological and nuclear measurement operations at the CEA facilities in Cadarache.

 

  • Radiation Protection: Apply the knowledge gained during training and help ensure compliance with radiation protection and safety requirements during operations.

 

  • Methods: Participate in drafting, updating, and improving the operational documents necessary for carrying out activities.
    Preparing interventions: Analyze needs, prepare interventions, and help determine the resources required to carry them out.

 

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure the traceability of completed operations, complete monitoring documents, and contribute to activity reporting.

 

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with operational teams, business unit managers, and various contacts at the facilities.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify any challenges encountered in the field and help find solutions to improve the methods and conditions under which activities are carried out.
Your assets


You hold a three-year degree with a specialization in Radiation Protection or have equivalent training in the nuclear field.

You are interested in the nuclear industry and would like to develop your skills in the areas of radiation protection, nuclear measurement, and methods.

Previous work experience in the nuclear field is preferred but not required: an in-house training program will provide you with the knowledge needed to carry out measurement supervision tasks.

 

 

This position may be subject to an administrative investigation and require the necessary clearances to work on the relevant facilities.
