Job offer General Services Technician F/H CDI Haute Garonne (31)

Working within the Multi-Technical Department, the general services technician is responsible for managing multitechnical/multi-service maintenance services within his/her geographical area, guaranteeing quality of service and compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.

Your main tasks:

Carry out small-scale finishing work (carpentry, locksmithing, changing false ceiling tiles, flooring, threshold bars, repainting, etc.), as well as plumbing and electrical work (repairing leaks, installing and troubleshooting lighting and sockets) in a methodical, rigorous and efficient manner.

-Set up and fix furniture.

-Manage unforeseen events and claims by anticipating and detecting breakdowns.

-Check that installations and equipment are in good working order, and ensure that they are brought up to standard.

-Identify, cost and carry out repair work.

-Report regularly on your activity to your line manager and contribute to the local services strategy progress plan.

-Ensure compliance with HSE conditions on sites and apply customers' internal regulations.

Your assets

Profile required:

-With a Bac Pro in maintenance or electrical engineering, you have a first successful experience as a maintenance or general services technician.

You are a self-starter with a sound knowledge of plumbing and electricity.

-Dynamic, versatile and rigorous, you are proactive and have excellent team spirit as well as good interpersonal skills.

-Your sense of service and organization will be essential assets for success in this position.
