Job offer IS Technician F/H CDI Marseille

The IS Technician F/H installs and maintains hardware and software, manages certain software licenses, and manages user accounts and rights for Group users.

In this capacity, its main missions are :

Computer asset management :
- Provide technical support for equipment installations or malfunctions
- Manage equipment fleets with control using the technical tools in place
- Monitor equipment using existing technical tools
- Administrative management of networked sites
- Contribute to information systems security initiatives

Software and/or application management :
- Provide technical support for software installations
- Manage software installations and certain software licenses
- Monitor software and licenses using existing technical tools
- Rights and access management
- Manage user accounts

Expertise:
- Develop and update the necessary technical procedures
- Develop and update user procedures

Your assets

Knowledge of solutions & tools: MS AD, MS SQL, EasyVista, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft 365 & Azure, Powershell, VBS.

Basic knowledge of topologies, TCP/IP, patching, IP/digital telephony.

Mastery of the main operating systems on the market.

Good knowledge of Windows and Android environments.
