Your mission

The key role of the Multitechnics Sales Technician is to develop the FMT business by following up customer accounts and closing new business. He/she contributes to expanding the portfolio by building strong relationships with targeted prospects.

 

Your main tasks will be :

 

  • Develop and retain our customer portfolio

  • Set up and lead a network of prescribers in your area

  • Draw up, implement and update the sales action plan

  • Work with internal teams to define and implement the resources needed to make our sales approach more relevant to customer needs and the B2B market.

  • Manage the implementation of the sales offer and conduct negotiations based on pre-defined sales potential

  • Prospecting, responding to invitations to tender, conducting negotiations and monitoring the contractualization of key accounts

  • Anticipate and analyze market trends and competition

  • Understand and master prospects' decision-making processes

  • Support operational teams right up to the first customer invoice
Your assets

 

  • You have solid experience in the B2B sector, particularly in selling complex solutions, and proven expertise in multi-technical services.
  • You have an established network of decision-makers and principals, enabling you to develop lasting strategic relationships. You have mastered negotiation techniques and are experienced in prospecting, selling and managing responses to calls for tender.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to discuss and negotiate with the management committees of major customers.
  • Your ability to understand and analyze an operating account is an essential asset for the success of your assignments. In addition, your good general knowledge and excellent oral and written communication skills are particularly appreciated.
  • On a technical level, you're comfortable with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and have a perfect command of Pack Office.
  • In terms of training, you're a graduate of a business or engineering school, or hold a Master's degree with a commercial/marketing focus, enabling you to understand the complex challenges of the sector.
