For our head office in Marseille (13009), we are recruiting a:

Vehicle fleet manager F/H - 18-month fixed-term contract

Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and General Resources, you will ensure the smooth running of all processes linked to the management of the Group's vehicle fleet. You will ensure smooth exchanges between the various internal and external contacts involved.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Fleet management and supervision :

Define the overall strategic, operational and financial orientations of vehicle fleet management.
Regularly update processes and rules in line with these global guidelines, and communicate them to the network.
Guaranteeing the smooth running of processes linked to fleet management (orders, transfers, returns, management of parking tickets) through the supervision of the existing service provider (Fleeter).
Validate methods, procedures and tools. Ensure their compliance with local legal and statutory requirements.
Manage performance indicators and dashboards for the assigned scope.
Organize the necessary controls within your scope.

Supplier relations :
Manage, drive and challenge external service providers within its scope (Fleeter, rental companies, manufacturers).
Ensure that the quality of service provided by external service providers corresponds to the needs and requirements of internal customers.
Define KPIs for external service providers and ensure regular reporting on them
Manage external service providers' action plans with a view to continuous improvement of their services.
Draw up technical specifications.
Participate in drawing up the ONET Group's vehicle policy and updating the vehicle catalog.
Managing crisis situations.

Change and change management:
Manage a fleet manager at head office.
Formalize and ensure compliance with the rules, methods and procedures (internal Group, legal, regulatory and management) applicable to your scope.

In the context of outsourcing :
Ensure the complete and smooth transfer of information and know-how from internal to external service providers, from an operational, technical and HR point of view.
Manage change internally at all levels.

Your assets

With a Master's degree and proven experience in vehicle fleet management, you have a perfect understanding of the standards, challenges and specific features of this field.
Rigorous, organized and adaptable, you have good interpersonal skills and are capable of effectively managing third parties linked to your scope, as well as managing commercial relations with external service providers. As a true project manager, you will steer the deployment of new tools and support change.

You are a good teacher and a diplomat, and your negotiating skills are well proven.
