Listening to our employees
For the first time, Onet surveyed all of its employees, in partnership with Ipsos, to better understand their daily lives, their expectations, and their perception of the company.
These results are highly informative and particularly positive.
Conducted from April 15 to June 7, 2025, the “From You to Us” survey gathered feedback from thousands of “blue-collar” employees, with a participation rate of 26%, or 7,566 participants. Via email, mail, or text message, they answered questions such as “Are you proud to work at Onet?” “Do you feel safe in your workplace?” and “What motivates you most in your work?”
Results that challenge preconceived notions
94% of respondents believe that their work is meaningful and helps others. It brings real satisfaction to 9 out of 10 respondents, a figure higher than the Ipsos benchmark for blue-collar workers in France, which stands at 69%.
The main drivers of our agents’ motivation at work are the satisfaction of a job well done and customer satisfaction, which reflect their commitment to service.
These findings highlight that workers view their jobs positively across all of Onet’s sectors (cleaning, security, reception, logistics and production, engineering and nuclear services, and airport services), prompting us to take a fresh look at the profession.

Pride in belonging to the company is clearly evident, with 8 out of 10 employees saying they are proud to work at Onet and 86% enjoying their work there. 76% of respondents would recommend Onet (compared to 66% for the benchmark among blue-collar workers in France).
These results reinforce the company’s day-to-day management approach and its values of attentiveness, respect, and boldness.
High-quality, motivating working conditions that reinforce our stance on this critical issue
Nine out of ten respondents feel safe at work and well-trained. Eight out of ten respondents have access to the necessary tools, equipment, and protective gear.
The relationship with managers also appears to be a strength: 77% feel appreciated by them, a percentage well above the benchmark of 55%. Relationships are also strong with customers (85%) and colleagues (83%)
The results underscore the value of hands-on management and pave the way for an initial action plan to make career paths more transparent. As we move forward, this study reinforces the principle of “mutual respect”: employees who feel valued provide the best service to our customers.
