Tuesday, November 21, 2023 will remain etched in the memories of 91 of our employees!

 

At the legendary Orange Velodrome stadium, they were honored for having successfully completed their Onet University training courses.

Graduation ceremony for the classes of 2022 and 2023

 

The ceremony honored the 2022 and 2023 graduating classes of the "Manager of a Center of Responsibilities (MCR)" and "Proximity Manager (PMO)" training programs. It also showcased 40 employees from the regional "New Manager" program, representing the first level of Onet's management program.

 

The event highlighted the company's skills development, bringing together employees from all over France and from all our business sectors to celebrate their successes in a unique and emblematic setting.

Reinforce proximity with the "New Manager" curriculum

At the heart of our organizations, team leaders and supervisors benefit from a dedicated regional curriculum, inaugurating the first level of training in our management programs. This program offers personalized support to help managers fully understand the scope of their role.

 

The "New Manager" course is designed to equip our employees with the skills they need to master managerial rituals, and gain in confidence and efficiency on a day-to-day basis. The training includes the fundamentals common to all managers, supplemented by in-house business-specific modules.

 

This program, deployed at the regional level, currently covers seven regional divisions ofOnet Cleaning and Associated Services (Normandy - Hauts-de-France, East, Centre, West-Atlantic, South-West, Rhône-Alpes and Ile-de-France).
This system has been adapted to Onet Technologies for its "worksite intervention" division and was launched on November 3.

 

The benefits of the "New Manager" curriculum

The major advantage of this program is its individualized support.

During a dedicated half-day, each employee is accompanied and guided by his or her trainer directly in the field, identifying areas for improvement. By observing them in their working environment, the trainer offers personalized, situational support, encouraging effective development and verifying the integration and assimilation of theoretical lessons.
