Through three complementary levels, the University structures a progressive management career path ranging from the first level of responsibility to the management of a profit center.

  • New Manager: This training program, intended for operational employees, is designed to support them in taking on managerial roles by providing them with practical tools and personalized support.
  • Local Manager: This two-year post-secondary diploma is designed to support employees in their transition to a managerial role, strengthening their legitimacy and optimizing the performance of their teams.
