CBRE GWS and Onet: A winning duo

 

CBRE GWS, a company specializing in Facility Management (FM), which has around sixty customers and manages some 400 sites in France, has been entrusting Onet Cleaning and Associated Services with cleaning services for its customers (pharmaceutical laboratories, industries, technology sites, international banking headquarters, etc.) for the past eight years. 

 

CBRE GWS presents "Best Partnership" award to Onet Cleaning and Associated Services

At the Supply Partner Event organized by CBRE GWS on September 18, 2019, Onet Cleaning and Associated Services was pleased to receive the "Best Parnership" award in the soft services category.

Onet Cleaning and Associated Services was rewarded by a 170-strong jury of CBRE GWS France directors, managers, buyers and operational staff for its support of CBRE GWS throughout 2019.

CBRE GWS adopts Onet's "User Approach" approach

Since product and service features alone are no longer enough to make the difference, Onet is now placing user experience at the heart of its strategy. The Group has initiated a four-stage process: analysis of end-user needs (occupier diagnosis), exchanges with customers, implementation of operational solutions and measurement of their impact.

 

 

CBRE GWS applauds Onet's innovative approach to placing the user experience at the heart of its services.

 

Jointly, CBRE GWS and Onet interviewed the occupants of the headquarters of a major oil group, based in La Défense (200 people working on 4 floors spread over 6,000m2). The French subsidiary of this oil giant has called on CBRE GWS since January 2018 to manage its facility management services (building and occupant services).

 

 

In this way, through the occupant diagnosis (online survey), employees were able to express their expectations in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, and their appreciation of the services provided.

 

 

This differentiating approach, which enables the company to provide solutions that meet both the needs of its customers and the expectations of its employees, will be extended to all the refiner's tertiary buildings in France.

 

" In offices, cleaning services must be of the highest quality. So it's important to work with a partner who can help us find the best solution. Onet's approach, focused on the well-being of occupants, is the best way of meeting this challenge. With the support of our operational staff, we worked with Onet to draw up an occupant diagnosis, which we submitted to the Group's employees. This enabled them to express their expectations and needs in terms of cleaning services. They were interested and motivated, as it is essential for them to work in a clean and healthy environment.In fact, the survey revealed that cleanliness is fundamental for 100% of the employees questioned", emphasizes Audrey Denoue-Zimmer, Lead Buyer at CBRE GWS.

 

 

For Justin Baillieu, buyer at CBRE GWS, this approach brings real added value to the service: " By going further alongside our service provider, we are contributing to the sustainability of our customer relationship ". CBRE GWS intends to propose extending the approach to all the refiner's sites in order to improve customer satisfaction and better meet end-user expectations.
