Let's Go
The Onet "Let's Go" Sports Scholarship was created to encourage our employees to pursue their sporting activities and represent Onet in various competitions. This grant offers financial and collective support to projects that embody our company's commitments. We are convinced that sport is not only beneficial to the health and well-being of our employees, but also strengthens team cohesion.
Winners and their projects
Olivia Cox
Olivia Cox, regional HR manager at Onet Cleaning and Associated Services in Lyon, is taking part in the Raid Défi d'Elles, a competition dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.
Having overcome the disease herself ten years ago, Olivia sees this challenge as a celebration of her new-found health and an opportunity to raise awareness of the cause.
The Raid supports the Jeune&Rose association and encourages prevention through self-palpation and other health practices.
Justine Estanislao
Justine Estanislao, mechanical engineering engineer and technical architect at Onet Technologies, is an active member of the French Women's Open Touch Rugby team.
Justine uses sport to develop key skills such as team spirit, leadership and project management.

Barbara Giardina
Barbara Giardina, Event Communications Manager, will be taking part in the 2024 and 2025 rowing competitions under the colors of Onet and the L'Avi Sourire association.
Her project aims to promote social inclusion and health and safety prevention through rowing, by taking part in the French Sea Rowing, Beach Rowing and Indoor Rowing Championships. Barbara also wants to organize inclusive discovery days and team-building events for Onet employees, strengthening team cohesion and raising awareness of inclusion.
Alexia Lacroix
Alexia Lacroix, Operations and QSE Manager at Onet SA, is involved in wheelchair rugby and contributes to the organization of the "Coupe des Alpes".
This event, to be held in September 2024 in La Tour du Pin, aims to promote handisport and offer people with disabilities access to an adapted sporting activity. Alexia uses this passion to strengthen her skills in leadership, project management and teamwork.

Sophie is a passionate table tennis player, having won several national titles and a bronze medal at the French Sport Adapté championship in mixed doubles.
She uses this passion to promote values of solidarity and resilience.
