Onet University has set up a specific training program for its team leaders and supervisors: the " New Manager " course. Designed to meet the realities of the field, this course helps employees take on their managerial role, offering them concrete tools, solid reference points and personalized support.
Already deployed in our Cleaning, Security, Hospitality, Logistics, Services and Nuclear Engineering businesses, this program will soon be offered at Onet Airport Services too.
Who should attend?
The " New Manager " program is aimed at operational employees wishing to move into managerial positions. It aims to support them in this transition by reinforcing their posture, perfecting their practices and giving them all the keys they need to succeed in their new responsibilities.
This training aims to :
- Become fully aware of the dimension and responsibilities of the manager's role
- Question current practices and anchor management fundamentals
- Build positive and effective relationships with employees
- Take your first steps with confidence and method
- Master the Group's internal tools and processes
Professional training and certification
The program, delivered in partnership with LEFEBVRE DALLOZ, leads to "New Manager" certification, a guarantee of quality and external recognition. In concrete terms, the training takes place over approximately 17 days, at a rate of 1 to 2 days per month, including a kick-off, individualized coaching and a final exam.
Led by in-house trainers and external experts, this training is resolutely operational, concrete and adapted to the participants' business environment.
