Onet is committed to a transparent and responsible relationship with its customers. As part of this commitment, the Group regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys. In line with this approach, Onet Accueil has launched a new survey in 2023 to assess customer satisfaction levels, identify strengths to be maintained and target areas for improvement.

- 87% of customers are satisfied with their relationship with Onet Accueil, including 50% who are very satisfied.
- Onet Accueil is perceived as a company that listens to its customers, is expert and responsive, and whose hosts and hostesses' know-how is recognized by our customers.
- Each barometer is the subject of a concrete action plan to improve the least satisfactory points.
Priority actions to meet their expectations even more effectively: optimize our reporting and monitoring documents, step up control of services and further improve our handling of malfunctions.
