9out of 10 customers satisfied with Sinteo's services
Onet is committed to a transparent and responsible relationship with its customers. As part of this commitment, the Group regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys. In line with this approach, Sinteo, Onet's subsidiary specializing in sustainable real estate consulting and engineering, launched a survey at the end of 2023 to assess customer satisfaction, identify strengths to be maintained and target areas for improvement.
9 out of 10 customers satisfied with Sinteo's services, including 37% very satisfied.
