It is with this in mind that the Group regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys. As part of this dynamic, Onet Security has launched a new survey to assess customer satisfaction levels, identify strengths to be maintained and target areas for improvement.

Nearly 9 out of 10 customers satisfied with Onet Sécuritée's services.

  • More than 8 out of 10 customers are satisfied with the service, its follow-up and the quality of their relationship with Onet Security.
  • Onet Security is perceived as an available, responsive company, whose agents' know-how is recognized by our customers.
  • Each barometer is the subject of a concrete action plan to improve the least satisfactory points.
  • Priority actions to meet their expectations even more effectively: communicate more on our innovations, further improve service control and optimize our reporting and monitoring documents.
