Onet Group acquires ISS activities in France and accelerates its development
Following the signature of a put option in December 2023, the Onet Group has just completed the acquisition of ISS's cleaning, logistics and facility management activities in France.

With this operation, 14,000 new employees join Onet, bringing the company's workforce to 80,000, with sales of €2.3 billion (+€384 million).
This operation will enable the Onet group, an international player in engineering and services, to consolidate its position as leader in the French cleaning market, to accelerate its development in in-situ logistics and to develop new markets with integrated activity management/facility management services for its customers.
The strength and expertise of the Onet Group will enable us to work with the ISS France teams to implement an integration plan designed to return the acquired businesses to profitability.
The complementary nature of the two groups' customer portfolios and territorial coverage in France opens up the possibility of numerous operational synergies.
