Onet Group acquires ISS activities in France and accelerates its development

With this transaction, 14,000 new employees join Onet, bringing the company's workforce to 80,000 employees and generating revenue of €2.3 billion (+€384 million).
This transaction enables the Onet Group, an international engineering and services provider, to strengthen its leading position in the French cleaning market, accelerate its growth in on-site logistics, and expand into new markets by offeringfacility management services to its clients.
The strength and expertise of the Onet Group will enable us to work with the ISS France teams to implement an integration plan designed to return the acquired businesses to profitability.
The complementary nature of the two groups' customer portfolios and territorial coverage in France opens up the possibility of numerous operational synergies.
