Onet launches poster campaign to combat gender stereotypes in its professions

To mark International Women's Day, Onet is rolling out an internal poster campaign to break down gender stereotypes associated with the Group's professions as part of its Onederful equality program.

In a world where inequality remains a reality, Onet has chosen to take action.

Take action to ensure that equality is not just a statement of principle, but a living dynamic, experienced and embodied on a daily basis by all employees.

Onederful, a commitment at the heart of our corporate culture

With Onederful, Onet places gender equality at the heart of its corporate culture, not as a constraint or regulatory compliance, but as a deeply held conviction.
The program's ambition is clear: to enable everyone to flourish and progress in the role they choose, without gender-based assignments, thereby contributing to a fairer and more balanced collective performance.

A program structured around three main areas

The Onederful program is structured around three key areas:

Ensuring diversity throughout one's career

  • Recruit without discrimination
  • Ensuring gender balance in training programs
  • Promoting professional development

Establish the necessary conditions for this diversity

  • Raise awareness of gender stereotypes and non-discrimination
  • Arrange family or personal support if necessary
  • Study working conditions that may induce a gender effect

Combating sexist behavior and violence

  • Within Onet and among our customers
  • Also including intra-family situations

Quantified targets for tangible ambition

  • 100% of management trained in stereotypes and non-discrimination
  • At least one in three applicants must be from a gender that is underrepresented in recruitment or training.
  • 40% of women in management positions at Group level by 2030

A campaign rolled out across the entire Group

This campaign aims to combat gender stereotypes that can still influence career guidance, recruitment, or professional development in certain professions.

The posters will be displayed in branches, sites, and internal spaces.

Through this campaign, Onet affirms its desire to highlight its commitments, to remind everyone that its professions are accessible to all, and that equality is an essential lever for individual fulfillment and collective success.

Thank you to all our employees who got involved and lent their image to this campaign!

Onederful: the program that makes us all equal and unmatched.
