Onet Appoints Cécile Angulo as Group Secretary General
Onet announces the appointment of Cécile Angulo as the Group’s Secretary General, effective September 21, 2026. An independent director on the Supervisory Board of Onet SA since 2023, she will now join its Executive Committee. Reporting to Émilie de Lombarès, Chairman of the Board Onet, her mission will be to support and ensure the Group’s development and to contribute to the execution of its major strategic projects.

With this appointment, Cécile Angulo takes on an operational role at Onet after three years on the supervisory board. She will draw on her knowledge of the Group and her international experience to support its growth and strengthen its organizational structure.
Cécile Angulo will be responsible, in particular, for coordinating the legal and compliance, audit and risk management, security, insurance, and real estate functions.
His role will be to ensure the Group's operations run smoothly and to facilitate the implementation of its major projects, while overseeing coordination among the relevant departments.
At 49 years old and with more than 25 years of experience, Cécile Angulo began her professional career as an attorney at international law firms and later served as general counsel for major corporations.
Since 2020, she had served as general secretary at the EPI Group, a family-owned investment firm specializing in luxury goods and artisanal products, where she oversaw legal, compliance, human resources, and governance activities on a global scale, taking an approach that combined strategic advice with operational management.
Over the past three years, Cécile has developed a deep understanding of our business lines, our organization, and the challenges associated with our growth. I am delighted that she is joining our teams today in an operational role.
