Onet takes action
for road safety in the workplace

The Road Safety at Work Days will take place from May 27 to 31, 2024. An opportunity for the Group to reaffirm its commitment to Road Safety and to continue its awareness-raising actions among its employees.

Onet works with all its employees to ensure that every journey is made under the best possible conditions. Since 2016, the Group has been a signatory of the "Committed Employer" charter with road safety and has been a member of the government's road safety commission since 2020.

A week dedicated to soft mobility!

Once again this year, Onet is raising its employees' awareness of the importance of "soft mobility". As a company with a commitment and an impact, the Group favors sustainable, environmentally-friendly modes of transport, and wants to help its employees acquire the right reflexes for better cohabitation on the road between all users.

The week will be punctuated by several actions aimed at employees. These will complement the Group's day-to-day preventive actions: a newsflash on the theme of "Safe cycling", as well as 2 webinars, one in partnership with J-Hog to present the Group's new bicycles, and the second in partnership with Codes Rousseau to highlight the new road signs.

Focus on the " Mai à vélo" challenge

For the1st time, the Onet Group is taking part in the4th edition of "Mai à Vélo" (May by Bike), which has been designated a "Grande Cause Nationale" (Great National Cause). The aim of this collective initiative is to encourage as many people as possible to use this form of active mobility.

The aim of this challenge is to achieve the most kilometers by bike. These days will be an opportunity to unveil the first results and the number of kilometers covered by the Onet community!

A comprehensive road safety program

As part of our health and safety policy "Piloter Onet en Prévention", it is essential for us to implement actions aimed at protecting and raising the awareness of our employees.

Since 2009, road risk prevention has been part of a comprehensive approach.

As part of our national prevention action plan, we have implemented a number of initiatives, including :

  • the creation of a Road Risk Steering Committee,
  • the creation of an "Onet Driver" charter,
  • mandatory training sessions for all Group drivers, as well as monthly information sessions on road-related topics.
