Operation
I manage operations at all sites and ensure service quality
- I act as the link between regional (or area) management and operational teams, and implement the company's strategy.
- I manage an Operations Manager, and ensure that specifications and QHSE standards are applied throughout my area of responsibility.
- I chair agency meetings and set objectives
Business development
I develop and maintain the agency's customer portfolio
- I define, organize and monitor the sales strategy for my sector
- I am in constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- I carry out public relations operations and represent the company
Financial management
I manage and guarantee the profitability of my agency
- I determine and follow the annual budget
