Offer description

Your mission

As part of the development of new projects, Onet Technologies is recruiting a Project Quality Engineer.

Reporting to the Operational Excellence and Human Capital Manager, you will ensure the compliance of project activities (engineering, manufacturing, testing, construction), managing quality from the design phase through to the delivery of the As-Built Documentation (DOE).

Your responsibilities, in close collaboration with the projects and Q3SER department, will be as follows:

 

Project Quality

  • Implement and maintain the Specific Quality Management Plan (SQMP)
  • Declare regulatory, contractual, and normative requirements
  • Formalize and manage the traceability of quality requirements
     

Risks and compliance

  • Identify, assess, and monitor quality and project risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative standards (audits, inspections)
     

Improvement process

  • Contribute to internal and supplier audits
  • Monitor and manage quality controls
  • Manage non-conformities and oversee corrective/preventive actions
  • Lead improvement initiatives
     

Operational support

  • Act as a quality advisor to project teams
  • Raise awareness of best practices in quality and safety
Your assets

With a degree in engineering or a Master's degree (quality, industrial engineering, mechanical or nuclear engineering), you have at least 5 years' experience in industrial project quality, ideally in a nuclear or highly regulated environment.

 

You are proficient in the applicable standards (INB, ISO 9001, ideally ISO 19443), industrial processes (engineering to commissioning), and quality and risk analysis tools.

 

You are rigorous and have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent writing and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage the quality of a project from start to finish while liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

 

This strategic project is a long-term undertaking and will be followed by other large-scale projects, offering you real opportunities for advancement within our teams. 

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
