As an engineering and services company, Onet Technologies' main mission is to support nuclear industry players in project development, operation, maintenance in safe conditions and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.

Our activities are grouped into 3 main business lines: reactor design, maintenance and modification; dismantling, decontamination and nuclear waste treatment; operator services and training.

Within the Onet Technologies Division, the Operations and Training Department mainly provides radiation protection services on nuclear sites, regulatory controls, waste treatment, site assistance, production logistics, handling, cleanliness of installations and warehousing.

We are hiring in Brest and Ile Longue

As part of the Operations and Training Department and reporting to the Defense Sector Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Organize and manage the staff assigned to the site's construction projects (assignments, time sheets, medical exams, dosimetry, etc.)

Manage technical interactions with the contacts you will encounter while carrying out your assignment

Compile intervention and quality files

Plan and organize construction projects

Track project progress and monitor hours worked

Submit reports to the Area Manager

Write construction site reports

Prepare incident reports

Drafting of Commercial and Technical Proposals

Establish monitoring documents and indicators

Maintain and develop relationships with our Onet Technologies clients at construction sites

Your assets

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or an engineering degree and have initial experience in management, construction site supervision, and leading construction teams. Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
