Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will assist him or her in managing construction projects, particularly during site openings and closings, as well as for special projects. In this role, you will:

Project Management and Tracking
Document customer requests and organize the sequence of tasks

Keep track of all construction projects

Prepare quotes and follow up on them

Monitor the progress of projects, from the start of construction through to commissioning

Organize and manage the deployment schedule

Coordination and Oversight
Ensure the flow of information both internally and externally

Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, project managers, and service providers

Track activities and feed data into management tools

Ensure that deadlines, costs, and service quality are met

Vendor Management
View service providers

Help select and hire them

Track services and, if necessary, terminate them

Your assets

You have experience in administrative management and case management, ideally gained in a construction or service-related environment. You are organized and meticulous, and you know how to structure your work and manage priorities when dealing with multiple stakeholders.

With strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable interacting regularly with a variety of stakeholders, including project managers, end clients, internal managers, and service providers.

You are proficient in office software and collaboration tools, and have strong organizational skills. The ability to read blueprints is a plus, as is knowledge of cleaning techniques.

This position involves regular travel within the country, depending on the project rollout schedule.
