Main mission
Prepare, set up, serve and maintain catering areas at company headquarters. Participate in the organization of exceptional services and guarantee optimal stock management, while complying with health and safety standards.
Activities and responsibilities
Preparation, set-up and daily service
- Prepare areas prior to opening: lay-out, set-up of self-service/buffet area, supply of display cases and equipment.
- Participate in the simple preparation of products: assembly, reheating, placing in trays, presentation of dishes.
- Provide service to staff: welcome, listen, advise on dishes.
- Keep service flowing and reorder products continuously.
Managing exceptional benefits
- Place specific orders for:
Room service,
Breakfasts,
Departure drinks,
Board meetings or important meetings...
- Prepare, install and set up these services.
- Coordinate requirements with in-house teams and ensure that the service runs smoothly.
- Manage inventory and orders.
- Manage stocks of foodstuffs, consumables and beverages.
- Place supplier orders according to day-to-day requirements and exceptional services.
- Receive, check and put away deliveries.
- Keep inventories up to date and alert line management in the event of discrepancies or shortages.
- Maintenance and hygiene.
- Strict compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
- Ensure daily cleaning of catering areas, equipment and surfaces.
- Maintain coffee machines, carry out scheduled cleanings and report any anomalies.
- Ensure proper waste management and selective sorting.
