Your mission

Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Team Leader (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial and nuclear sectors

 

Reporting to the Site Manager, your main responsibilities will be

 

 

Operational management:


- Manage, lead, and support a team of logistics staff


- Organize and assign daily tasks (distribution, returns, inventory management)


- Ensure compliance with procedures, instructions, and safety rules


- Support employees' professional development



Store Operations Management:


- Ensure that equipment is available for construction sites


- Oversee distribution and reintegration processes


- Ensure the store is kept in good order (organization, tidiness, cleanliness)


- Manage priorities based on on-site emergencies


- Lead daily meetings with the teams (production, Q3SE, radiation protection, 5S)



Inventory tracking and traceability:


- Ensure inventory accuracy (both physical and electronic—using a WMS such as GEMO²)


- Oversee inventory counts and the resolution of discrepancies


- Ensure the traceability of equipment movements


- Track loans, returns, and issues



Equipment inspection and compliance:


- Ensure that equipment is inspected upon distribution and return


- Oversee the handling of defective or non-conforming materials


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to
sensitive



Deviation and Incident Management:


- Analyze discrepancies (losses, breakages, non-returns)


- Implement and monitor corrective actions


- Follow up on incidents in collaboration with the teams and the client



Interface and coordination:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational teams (construction sites)


- Collaborate with the WMS manager (GEMO²)


- Serve as the liaison between the main store and other COUT stores


- Report the information to the department head



Nuclear environment:


- Ensure compliance with safety and radiation protection regulations


- Ensure compliance with requirements in the controlled area


- Oversee specific activities (decontamination, regulated materials, etc.)



Performance monitoring :


- Monitor key performance indicators (equipment availability, inventory reliability, discrepancies, etc.)


- Analyze malfunctions


- Propose initiatives for continuous improvement

 



Your role in the service:


You are responsible for ensuring the performance of the COUT store by

team management, equipment availability, and the reliability of workflows,

in a demanding nuclear environment.

 

 

 

Your assets

 

 

- You have experience managing a logistics or industrial team 


- You have a thorough understanding of on-site logistics processes and management tools (such as the GEMO² WMS)


- You are able to manage priorities and handle emergencies


- You demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility


- You have strong interpersonal skills and know how to interact with a variety of people (teams, clients)


- Experience in a nuclear environment is a plus


- Nuclear certifications preferred (SCN, CSQ, RP, etc.)

 

 

 

📌 Additional information:

 

- Daytime hours (flexible depending on the activity)

- Team-based work (2x8 or 3x8 shifts possible) during reactor outages (3 to 6 months per year)

- Daily on-site presence with monitoring of standards (5S)


- May be required to work on weekends depending on operational needs
