ONET Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Manager (M/F) to support its new operations carried out on behalf of a client in the aerospace and defense sector

📍 Location: 123rd Air Base, Orléans

📄 Contract type: Fixed-term contract leading to a permanent contract

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:

Logistics operations:

Greet carriers and verify shipping documents

Load and unload trucks, including using a forklift

Receive goods and verify that deliveries meet specifications

Put products into stock (manual and mechanized handling)

Workflow preparation and management:

Pick, prepare, bundle, and/or unbundle products

Pack materials and orders

Move and deliver products using appropriate equipment (forklifts, vehicles, towing equipment, etc.)

Transporting equipment, particularly using a motorized tow vehicle

Monitoring and IT tools:

Enter data into the information systems (SAP, ATAMS, Keep Tracking)

Manage the flow of internal and external information

Analyze and supplement shipping data to optimize shipments

Monitoring and continuous improvement:

Conduct inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions

Handle disputes (blocking and non-blocking), damage claims, and package tracking

Analyze operational data to resolve issues and determine the necessary actions

Quality & Compliance:

Apply and follow quality procedures and operational guidelines

Adapt practices to site requirements and ensure operational compliance

Your role in the service:

You are responsible for ensuring that the logistics process for materials complies with all requirements, both in terms of physical handling and documentation, by guaranteeing the reliability and traceability of the workflow.

🚜 Heavy Equipment Operator Certification (preferred):

Vous êtes titulaire du CACES R489 catégorie 3 (chariot élévateur frontal < 6T) ou disposez d’une expérience significative dans la conduite de cet engin

Vous êtes titulaire du CACES R489 catégorie 2B (chariot tracteur < 25T) ou disposez d’une expérience dans la conduite de ce type d’équipement
