Job Opening: Logistics Manager (M/F) – Fixed-Term Contract

ONET Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Manager (M/F) to support its new operations carried out on behalf of a client in the aerospace and defense sector

📍 Location: Nancy-Ochey Air Base (54)

📄 Contract type: Fixed-term contract leading to a permanent contract

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:

Logistics operations:

- Greet carriers and check shipping documents

- Load and unload trucks, including using forklifts

- Receive goods and verify that they meet specifications

- Stocking products (manual and mechanized handling)

Workflow preparation and management:

- Pick, prepare, bundle, or unbundle products

- Pack materials and orders

- Transport and deliver products using appropriate equipment (forklift, vehicle, small train, etc.)

Monitoring and IT tools:

- Enter data into the information systems (SAP, ATAMS, TSF, Keep Tracking)

- Manage the flow of internal and external information

- Analyze and supplement shipping data to optimize shipments

Monitoring and continuous improvement:

- Conduct inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions

- Handle disputes (blocking and non-blocking), damage claims, and package tracking

- Analyze operational data to resolve issues and propose appropriate actions

Quality & Compliance:

- Apply and follow quality procedures and operational guidelines

- Ensure compliance of logistics flows, both in terms of physical operations and documentation

Your role in the service:

You are responsible for ensuring that logistics operations are carried out properly, while ensuring the reliability, traceability, and compliance of the processed flows.

- Vous êtes titulaire du CACES R489 catégorie 3 (chariot élévateur frontal < 6T) ou disposez d’une expérience significative dans la conduite de cet engin

- You are equally comfortable working with computer software and performing hands-on tasks (handling, physical inspection, transportation, etc.)

- You are responsive, adaptable, and a team player

- You are known for your commitment to service and customer satisfaction

🎯Experience in the aerospace or military sector is a real asset.
