Within the Engineering & Services Division, Decommissioning, Waste, and reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
-Participate in Onet Technologies' performance and purchasing strategy, integrating CSR considerations;
-Participate in the preparation of purchasing documents (orders, draft contracts, consultation regulations, price lists, selection criteria, etc.);
-Participate in the analysis of bids, complaints, and related negotiations;
-Participate in monitoring suppliers and orders to ensure compliance with contractual milestones, as well as quality and safety requirements;
-Update dashboards, performance indicators, and purchasing tools (supplier database, etc.);
-Contribute to the implementation and updating of a purchasing reference system;
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of the purchasing process;
-Support internal customers in the use of purchasing tools;
-Contribute to the development of Onet Technologies.
You are preparing a four- or five-year degree with a specialization in purchasing management or purchasing organization and management.
Curiosity, rigor, and strong writing skills will enable you to successfully complete the purchases entrusted to you.
Our future project buyer intern will be able to combine critical analysis, interpersonal skills, and sensitivity to CSR issues in order to contribute fully to the success of our projects.
You are proficient in Excel and have a good level of English.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
