The ONET office in Clermont-de-l'Oise is hiring a Service Agent (M/F) in the Ivry-le-Temple area.
Reporting to the Area Manager/Team Leader, who will be responsible for your training, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ability to receive and convey instructions/directives from Management or clients,
- Prepare the appropriate equipment for the assigned tasks.
- Master and apply classic and/or specific cleaning techniques (such as window cleaning, stripping, moss removal, injection/extraction),
- Comply with and apply health and safety protocols on project sites,
- Operate ride-on scrubber-dryers, single-disc machines, and perform first-level maintenance on them,
- Address client inquiries and provide emergency response,
- Replenish sites with materials and consumables,
- Store and clean equipment after use,
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar position in the cleaning sector.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy and ability to listen. Your responsiveness, adaptability and discretion will be major assets with your colleagues and customers.
