Job Opening: Logistics Agent (M/F) – Permanent Position

Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Agent to assist with logistics operations carried out on behalf of its client at a site in Toulouse📍

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Logistics Agent manages the physical and electronic flow of goods in accordance with procedures, deadlines, and safety regulations

He is involved in various stages of the supply chain, from receiving to shipping, and helps ensure that operations run smoothly and that both customers and internal teams are satisfied

Logistics management:

Receive goods and verify that deliveries meet specifications
Oversee loading and unloading operations
Record inventory receipts and issues and log inventory movements
Put away and store products in the designated areas

Preparation and shipping:

Prepare orders (picking, packing, and packaging)
Create, group, or ungroup products as needed
Prepare and ship goods on time

Monitoring and follow-up:

Check the condition of the products and report any issues
Conduct inventory counts and track expiration dates
Ensure the traceability of workflows using IT tools

Use of equipment:

Handle products using appropriate machinery or equipment (forklift, stacker, etc.)
Follow safety guidelines and QHSE procedures

Administrative management and coordination:

Complete the administrative documents related to the activity
Assist with customs documentation (depending on the business activity)
Communicate with internal teams and external contacts

👉 Previous experience in logistics or an industrial setting is preferred

👉 CACES R489 categories 3 and 5 are required
