Your mission

 

  

 

 

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields 

 

Reporting to the Operational Performance Manager, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and transformation of on-site logistics operations, working closely with operational teams, site managers, and support teams.

 

 

In this context, your main responsibilities will focus on the following areas:

 

🔹 Methods & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the analysis of logistics flows and process optimization.


- Contribute to studies on activity organization and implementation


Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S).


- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions


- Contribute to the formalization and updating of operating procedures


Contribute to leading the continuous improvement initiative with the teams.

 


🔹 Projects & Operational Innovation

- Contribute to optimization and transformation projects for logistics operations


- Contribute to the deployment of innovative solutions (e.g., digitalization, tools, organizational strategies).


- Support teams in change management


- Participate in discussions with internal teams (sites, IT, Operational Excellence)

 


🔹 Performance & Driving Data

Participate in the development and monitoring of performance indicators. 


- Contribute to the implementation of dashboards and management tools


- Analyze data and contribute to identifying improvement drivers


Participate in the implementation of operational action plans.

You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, continuous improvement, or engineering

 

🔹Skills 

 

- Aptitude for data analysis and digital tools (Excel, Power BI…)


- Interest in logistics and industrial environments.

 

🔹Qualities

 

- Analytical and synthesis skills


- Diligence, organizational skills, and autonomy.


- Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to propose solutions
