Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Technical Warehouse Logistics Agent (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial and nuclear sectors.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:
Provision of equipment:
- Prepare and distribute equipment, tools, and supplies to operational teams
- Assemble the necessary equipment kits for the operations
- Manage loan and return processes (both physical and digital)
- Ensure that equipment is available as needed on-site
- Provide advice and suggest alternative solutions in the event of a shortage
Inventory management:
- Check the condition of the equipment upon pickup and return
- Identify defective or non-compliant equipment
- Isolate equipment if necessary (quarantine)
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Equipment inspection and compliance:
- Record incoming shipments in the system (GEMO² / WMS)
- Verify or create item references in consultation with the manager
- Assign storage locations
- Store merchandise in the designated areas
- Prepare transfer orders to COUT stores
- Ensure internal delivery or provision
Flow management and traceability:
- Record transactions in the management tools (GEMO² / internal tool)
- Track assignments (users, equipment, job sites)
- Ensure the traceability of flows
- Track and resolve issues (delays, losses, discrepancies)
Variance Management:
- Track unreturned or damaged equipment
- Follow up with users
- Report incidents (loss, damage, etc.)
- Issue an alert in case of a deviation
Nuclear safety and the environment:
- Strictly adhere to safety, security, and radiation protection rules
- Raise user awareness of risks (safety, FME, radiation protection, etc.)
- Assist with decontamination efforts as needed
- Comply with the requirements for controlled areas
Contribution to global logistics:
- Assist with the transfer of equipment between sites
- Ensure the smooth operation of storage areas
- Keep facilities and equipment in good working order
Your role in the service:
You are responsible for the proper management of the technical warehouse, ensuring the availability, compliance, and traceability of equipment in accordance with nuclear industry requirements.
- You work in a demanding environment that requires attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- You are comfortable using IT tools for management and traceability (GEMO² or equivalent)
- You are organized, responsive, and self-reliant
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Experience in technical logistics or an industrial setting is preferred
- Nuclear clearances (SCN, CSQ, RP, etc.) are a plus
- Heavy equipment operator certification, depending on the equipment used
- Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus

- Shift work is possible (2x8 / 3x8) depending on the site's schedule
- Periods of increased activity during reactor shutdowns (3 to 6 months per year)
