Job Opening: Safety/Security Expert (M/F) – Permanent Position

Based at the regional office in Maison Alfort (in the Île-de-France region) and reporting to the Director of Expertise and Innovation Compliance, you will provide support to clients, a network of approximately twenty branches, and the sales force nationwide.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Monitor regulatory and technological developments
Develop and update business standards
Conduct contractual and regulatory compliance audits or vulnerability assessments
Develop training materials and lead specialized training sessions
Prepare, facilitate, and evaluate exercises and professional scenarios, and then write up reports on them
Help prepare technical and financial proposals for specific requests for proposals
Help set up certain sites to support the agencies
Help manage our supplier network
Provide expert guidance on the selection of tools, equipment, and vehicles
Participate in crisis management efforts in support of senior management or our branches.

Your assets

You hold a college degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a managerial position within the private security sector. You have a thorough understanding of the relevant regulations and are an expert in the various fields of safety and security.

Independent, a natural teacher, and meticulous, with a willingness to travel, you stand out for your organizational skills and your ability to manage priorities. In addition, you are known for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt to a variety of people.

Required certifications: SSIAP 3, CT INSSI, CT CERIC, or equivalent; experience as a firefighter and trainer is preferred; knowledge of chemical, radiological, and CBRN-E risks is required.

You are proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and ideally have a working knowledge of English.
