Site monitoring: self-monitoring, product and equipment deliveries, relations with agents, maintenance of premises provided
Participate in, organize and monitor Exceptional and Extra Work.
To fill in for unexpected absences on an exceptional basis

Follow action plans
Collect customer information

Quality - Safety - Environment

Ensure compliance with safety instructions
Monitor employee safety: safety briefings, behavioral safety checks, safety inspections
Monitor corrective, preventive and remedial actions
