As part of our efforts to strengthen our rapidly evolving General Services/IT department, we are seeking a future work-study student (Master’s level) to assist our teams with technical, support, and IT administration tasks.
The position is versatile and involves occasional travel to our agencies in France.
The main tasks are as follows:
IT & Telephony Equipment Management
-Management of mobile phone fleet: choice of equipment, orders, tracking of assignments, obsolescence management
-Tablet configuration and deployment
-Ordering computer hardware and various equipment
-Installation of screens and related equipment
IT support and maintenance
-User assistance (first-level support before escalation to IT department)
-Technical maintenance: PC diagnostics and troubleshooting (hardware and software failures) and first-level support
-Network and telephony support: deployment and maintenance of IT and telephone equipment
Network & infrastructure
-Participation in the management and improvement of the IT network: installation of equipment (Wi-Fi terminals, switches, network boxes, etc.), monitoring of branch infrastructure, office layout in line with IT requirements
-Basic knowledge and skills in computer networking (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
IT projects
-Participation in structural IT projects: deployment of a biometric solution, implementation of badges in our branches
Administration & supplier relations
-Technical validation of hardware purchases
-Order and billing tracking
-Relations with IT suppliers
Master’s student in computer science, systems & networks, or a related field
Good knowledge of: computer equipment (PCs, tablets, monitors, Wi-Fi terminals, etc.)
