Missions:
 Process Analysis: Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
 Improvement Proposals: Propose innovative solutions to optimize processes.
 Training and Awareness: Help raise employee awareness of the principles of operational excellence.
 Performance Monitoring: Set up and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of improvements.
 Transversal Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure consistency.
 Project Management: Participate in the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
 Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on the progress and results of improvement initiatives.

Skills:
 Ability to analyze complex data and find creative solutions to problems.
 Technical Skills: Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
 Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders.

With a higher education background, you have significant experience in quality or production,
ideally acquired in the industrial or logistics sector.
