Onet Propreté is recruiting for its agency in Les Ulis (91) a :
Administrative and Payroll Assistant F/H
Reporting to the Branch Manager and working as part of the administrative team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Administrative/HR :
- Produce payroll for the branch's personnel (tallying, data entry, checks),
- Contribute to the management and administrative monitoring of personnel,
- Carry out recruitment formalities: declarations, contracts,
- Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave, medical examinations,
- Produce regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).),
- Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts,
- Manage IRP meetings, monitor delegation hours,
Reception/ Secretariat :
- Manage physical and telephone reception,
- Process mail,
- File and archive paper and electronic documents in accordance with current standards,
- Monitor diaries and prepare for meetings,
Higher education in administrative management, HR, Payroll or equivalent is preferable, but it's your successful experience in this type of position, particularly in personnel administration, that will make the difference.
You know how to use payroll software (knowledge of HR Access would be a plus) and have a good command of IT tools.

You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
