Based in the agency, your main tasks are as follows:
Administrative/HR :
Produce payroll for branch staff (tallying, data entry, checks).
Contribute to the management and administrative monitoring of staff.
Carry out hiring formalities: declarations, contracts.
Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave, medical examinations.
Produce regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).
Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts.
Manage IRP meetings, monitor delegation hours.
Reception/ Secretariat :
Manage physical and telephone reception.
Handle mail.
File and archive paper and electronic documents according to current standards.
With a background in SME/SMI management or payroll management, you have successful initial experience in payroll management.
You know how to use payroll software and are familiar with IT tools.
Recognized for your commitment and dedication, you know how to prioritize your tasks, are methodical and know how to meet deadlines.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
You are curious and like to take initiative.
