Based at the company's head office in Grenoble and reporting to the General Manager ofOnet Security Systems, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Keeping the General Manager's diary
Organize meetings and appointments
Prepare documents required for meetings (Excel, PPT, Word...)
Anticipate and organize travel (hotel reservations, transport, roadmap, etc.).
organize and take part in company events (seminars, customer meetings, trade fairs, etc.)
Handle "sensitive" information with confidentiality and multiple contacts
control expense reports
Enter any expense claims
provide administrative support in responding to certain calls for tender
manage orders (supplies)
Drawing up and updating dashboards

Your assets

With at least a 2-year higher education diploma, you have at least 3 years' experience as a general management assistant.

Your adaptability, rigor and ability to manage priorities are major assets in successfully completing your assignments. In addition, you have a sense of service and are recognized for your good interpersonal skills. You are also able to maintain confidentiality and deal with "sensitive" information.

You have proven communication and writing skills. Fluency in English would be a plus.

You have a perfect command of IT tools, particularly Pack Office.
