- Analysis of site balance sheets
- Management of provisions
- Monitoring of budget costs between actual and forecast budget (VM, insurance, etc.)
- Management of fixed assets (assets, allocations and depreciation)
- Management of vehicle fleet
- Management of PC/telephone fleet
- Miscellaneous orders (rental vehicle, reservations, supplies, etc.)
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Your assets

With higher education in payroll and/or human resources, you have at least two years' experience in a similar role.

You stand out for your organizational skills, your taste for teamwork, your thoroughness and your autonomy.

You are also comfortable using the office pack and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
