Job Opening: Operations Assistant – Work-Study Program (M/F) in Nord (59)

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

Reporting to the Branch Manager in Lille, your responsibilities will include the following:

Support operations in management tasks: monitoring reports, creating documents, preparing presentation materials, sales proposals, planning meetings, business intelligence, etc. ... ;
Monitor customer satisfaction ;
Manage stocks of consumables ;
Set up inventories to keep track of equipment;
Managing a budget: tracking actual expenses, staying within budget ;
Supporting team management: recruiting agents in liaison with functional departments, monitoring time-clocks and schedules.

Your assets

You are pursuing a two-year degree, ideally in environmental health and safety.

You enjoy office and operational work.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player. You are versatile.
