Job offer: Private security operations assistant M/F Permanent contract Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Implement the service in accordance with the specifications and internal procedures.
Management of human resources (recruitment, hiring) and equipment (uniforms and related equipment)
Ensure planning and follow-up (changes, absences, etc.)
Participate in the analysis of site reports with the Operations Manager

Management

Management of the local teams assigned to you (security guards and SSIAP agents)
Writing instructions and training new agents
Monitor the professionalism of agents and the quality of services
Act as the interface between the client and the agency: satisfaction, work meetings, etc.

Quality – Safety – Environment

Monitor dashboards and displays (security, memos, etc.)
Analyze workplace incidents/accidents
Prepare for and participate in audits

Your assets

With a background in security, you have a professional security card and a B license.

Initial experience in operations is preferred.
SSIAP3 certification would be a plus.

You are proficient in IT tools (Office Suite) and knowledge of Trackforce and BM Planning software would be an advantage.

With strong verbal and written communication skills, you are thorough, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are known for your dedication and professional commitment.
