As Site Manager, you oversee all cleaning and multi-service operations carried out by Onet teams at the Le Mans Hospital.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will serve as the site’s operational point of contact, ensuring the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and contract performance.
This is a very hands-on role that requires a strong on-site presence to support the teams and ensure the quality of services.
Your missions are as follows:
Technology:
- Organize site operations: teams, schedules, equipment, and methods
- Ensure the quality of care while adhering to hospital hygiene protocols
- Monitor website activity and oversee continuous improvement initiatives
- Take the initiative to improve organizational efficiency and service delivery
Management and human resources:
- Supervise and support team leaders and cleaning staff
- Plan work and adjust resources based on hospital activity
- Help with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
- Maintain a harmonious work environment and prevent sensitive situations
Customer relations and the hospital environment:
- Work closely with healthcare executives and hospital departments
- Handle customer requests and complaints
- Develop action plans and monitor satisfaction
- Expand supplementary services (special projects, additional work)
Financial management:
- Monitor economic indicators and analyze financial ratios
- Analyze and summarize site reports with the Agency Director.
- Take steps to ensure the contract is profitable
Health, safety, and compliance:
- Participate in prevention plans
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and hospital procedures
- Ensure that field practices comply with specifications and health requirements.
