Job Opening: QSE Assistant – Work-Study Program (M/F), Val-de-Marne (94)

Reporting to the QSE Coordinator for the Île-de-France Region, your responsibilities include overseeing QSE initiatives for the region. To this end, you will be responsible for the following:

EMPLOYER'S COMMITMENT

Assist the QSE Coordinator in drafting the Zone’s QSE policy and objectives and lead the steering committee meeting
Monitor QSE indicators and ensure that objectives are met

QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT (QSSE)

Suggest topics for agency meetings
Create QSE communication materials
Organize and manage safety challenges
Update the documents, distribute them to the various stakeholders, and follow up on them
Be responsible for managing workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational illnesses, and ensure their follow-up
Raise employee awareness of best practices regarding quality and occupational health in branch offices and on-site
Report the TF and TG metrics to the agency on a monthly basis during agency meetings
Monitor the proper conduct of feedback interviews
Conduct in-depth root cause analyses

AUDIT AND INSPECTION

Attend internal audits (NF SERVICES, MASE, regulatory)
Conduct the agency's HSE assessment in collaboration with the directors
Participate in external certification audits
Oversee the development and implementation of action plans following internal and external audits
Communicate the audit results to the agencies

Your assets

You are preparing to pursue a master’s degree in QSE/QHSE, and ideally, you have some initial work experience in this field.

You are known for your proactivity, your curiosity, and your enthusiasm for taking on challenges. With strong communication skills, you also have a knack for adapting to the different people you interact with (agents, branch managers, supervisors, clients, etc.).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this position.

A driver's license is required to drive on the sites.
