Job Opening: QSE Assistant (Work-Study Program) (M/F)

Reporting to the Q3SER and DMS Manager, you will provide support for QSE activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, quality, and environmental processes at operational sites.

🔹 Developing a safety culture

- Help raise awareness and train employees on safety best practices

- Help with internal communication regarding occupational risks and preventive measures

- Help organize and lead safety campaigns

- Conduct safety walkthroughs and QSE inspections

- Update the DUER if necessary

- Report and track workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational illnesses

🔹 Contribute to continuous improvement

- Collect, analyze, and track Q3SE indicators

- Propose corrective and preventive actions to optimize internal processes

- Participate in internal and external audits and in identifying areas for improvement

- Monitor and update the PAC's actions

- Prepare for and participate in client meetings and follow up on identified actions

🔹 Contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS)

- Assist in drafting, updating, and distributing quality procedures and documents

- Assist in preparing for and following up on quality audits (internal and external)

- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations related to the QMS

🔹 Track regulatory requirements and obligations

- Track and complete the mandatory training records for each site

- Track and process requests for medical examinations – liaise with occupational physicians if there are recommendations to be implemented

- Prepare driving permits / electrical clearance forms / access logs

Master’s degree in quality, safety, environmental studies, or risk management

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
