Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields
You will work at a logistics site and help organize and lead operational teams in an on-site environment.
In this context, your main responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
🔹 Team Organization and Management
- Organize, supervise, and energize a team of logistics agents
- Lead shift briefings
- Foster a positive social climate and prevent conflict situations,
- Facilitate team skill development
🔹 Business Management
- Provide daily activity monitoring
- Ensure the accuracy of site hours
Participate in team planning and organization.
- Document and monitor Quality / Safety indicators 📊
🔹 Customer and Partner Relations
- Maintain a regular client relationship and ensure their satisfaction 🤝
- Comply with and ensure adherence to client standards
- Represent and advocate for the interests of Onet Logistique with clients
- Ensure coordination with transporters as required
🔹 Adherence to rules and versatility on the field
- Comply with and ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures
- Provide coverage for team leaders during absences
- Provide operational support for logistics activities (hands-on position).
Training
You are pursuing a degree in logistics (from high school through a bachelor’s degree) as part of a work-study program
Skills
Interest in the field of logistics and management.
