Job Opening: QSE Assistant (M/F), Permanent Position, Seine-et-Marne (77)

Reporting to the Agency QSE Manager, the QSE Assistant is responsible for coordinating the quality, safety, and environmental system to ensure the expected level of performance (safety, quality, and timeliness)

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

· Monitor and analyze the various indicators,

· Present the metrics on a quarterly basis during meetings with the client,

· Oversee the daily operations of the QSE management system,

· Conduct safety orientations for new employees,

· Ensure compliance with QSE processes,

· Plan and organize quality control checks,

· Drive improvement through preventive and/or corrective actions,

Your assets

You have a two- or three-year degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) or an equivalent field, and you have some initial work experience or have completed a significant internship.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.

Required qualities: interpersonal skills, ability to synthesize information, strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to take the initiative.
