Under the supervision and guidance of the QSE Manager, our mission will be to train you for the role of QSE Assistant (M/F).
In this position, your main responsibilities will be:
- Help monitor key performance indicators (rate of completion of AT follow-up interviews, tracking of claim closures, etc.),
- Create materials (news briefs, procedures, operational manuals, work instructions, etc.),
- Prepare materials and coordinate the organization of Prevention Month,
- Prepare for and participate in the QSE meeting (workshops, content, etc.),
- Prepare and lead workshops,
- Work on updating procedures,
- Help conduct HSE assessments (organize the annual schedule, monitor implementation, and analyze audit results),
- Conduct HSE assessments,
- Report workplace accidents
- Conduct job analyses and quality control checks,
- Update the DUERP,
- Completion of required training courses.
You are pursuing a degree ranging from a three-year program (Bachelor's degree) to a five-year program (Master's degree) as part of an apprenticeship or professional training contract.
You are rigorous and organized, and can handle several tasks at once.
You have a strong taste for working in the field and as part of a team. You are convincing and diplomatic.
The job requires a good command of computers and office software (Pack Office).
