Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
As part of the administrative team at the Aix-en-Provence agency, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up;
- Complete hiring formalities (declarations, employment contracts, health insurance, etc.)
- Manage the monitoring of sick leave, medical appointments, paid leave, contract renewals, etc.
- Monitor disciplinary procedures and contract terminations
- Provide administrative support to operational contacts and suppliers
- Collect variable payroll data (absences, clocking in, advance payments, overtime and additional hours, etc.)
- Manage in-person and telephone reception, process and draft correspondence, contact organizations, provide information to employees, monitor schedules, prepare for CSE meetings, etc.
You are preparing for a five-year degree in human resources, on a work-study basis, equivalent to a master's degree.
You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
